LUCKY SPOT

A View to the sea, very lucky to have this spot, only downside pretty fierce winds.
I'm gonna have to do a rain dance though to save my elbows, I'm sure I have tennis elbow with all the watering.
NO RAIN FOR OVER SEVEN WEEKS NOW!!! GLOBAL WARMING HERE WE COME!

"The Green Man"

It's May the Ist, and some daft bugger (me) decided to drag giraffe wellies, kissy wellies and clan, at 4.30 am to the top of the West Hill in Hastings to watch and dance the sun up over the East Hill, which has been captured as you can see, all in the name of paeganism & the green man (I think), but decided it wasnt a bad idea might bring an abundant crop this year. Have great plans for preserving, pickling and most important WINE making. But i must admit it was a stunningly beautiful morning, and found the whole thing kind 'a' nice!

'bye heck', havn't things progressed

The area by the corregated iron, was as tall as me in bramble and other various weeds, but have completely cleared to give giraffe wellies a place to call her own, we have sown grass seed and it's starting to emerge. It is her play area, as no garden at home. Trouble is waiting for it to grow is painstaking for the little one.
Ooh and what joy! the asparagus has arrived, all planted with four different varieties. Can't wait
And the joys of the freecycle website, a compost bin (well I think it is) turned in the giraffe wellies strawberry bin, it took nearly five bags of compost, and has 30 plants in it. I can feel strawberry wine coming on.
