'Me Arbour'

Spent the afternoon, building me arbour, hopefully by next year it will be covered by rose's, passion flower and honeysuckle. Nice to sit under looking down at the sea, inhaling sweet smelling blosom. Just hope it stands up the howling winds up from the sea. Hopefully it will fare better than the greenhouse did during the winter. It has been christened with a brew and cheese & pickle sandwich.

Upside down Tom's & Cucumbers

In answer to those who wish to know, here is my version of the upside down tomato planter. It has a thick piece of cardboard cut out like a collar, that went round the base of the stem so when it was turned upside down and placed through the cut out plant pot, it stops the soil falling out. Plants have doubled in size since taking this first pictures.
